POMPANO PIZZA GOOD: Everything, couldn't be more pleased - fun decor, friendly service and very flavorful food, VERY fairly priced BAD - Nothing really, unless you don't like meaty wings. :) *************UPDATED REVIEW FOR 2ND VISIT - TABLE SERVICE (with new pics)***** My table experience was excellent. The rustic pizzeria feel and the service was great (sandwich came out slow but quality was so high, I forgot after two bites). I got their fabulous wings again but mixed it up with a crispy eggplant parm sub WITH ham. This sammy needs to be tried - see pic. **************************************** PP was a HUGE surprise. Turned off by a local competitor who has the stones to add 9 dollars to all delivery orders (in house, not doordash), I bit the bullet and walked to PP. Iam so glad I did. For 11.00 less, I got the same food PLUS 5 extra wings. Cheesesteak - very meaty, full of flavor, no hidden fees for basics like mayo and onions. (The roll is a little doughy and soft - they go crusty - watch out!) Wings - big, plump and the sauce was very tasty. In this economy, I was thrilled with quantity and quality for the money. I didn't try the pizza - DO try the wings and steaks. The decor is also heavy Italian-fun.
Very inconsistent. One day I'll love a pizza and the next time I order the same pizza it's completely different. Explaining the differences to staff does not help. Eating in one time we ordered an Argentinian pizza and it came out cold. We sent the pizza back to cook longer and then they gave it back to us burnt. That was a pretty disappointing experience
Went into the location based off the website and the photos provided. They sell single slice pizza but the issue was actually that the location was not clean. The window that the single sliced pizza is displayed in looked like someone had spit on it and it ran down the glass. The older guy in the back who was going to take our order wasn’t wearing gloves and was coughing prior to taking our order. I wished I would have taken Potts to add but I didn’t. My thought, if the front of the house is ran like this, what’s going on in the back of the house.
I come here everyday because it’s behind my job a the service is always horrible. The pizza guy with the glasses doesn’t care about anything. Yu can ask him something n he’ll look at you crazy. The Spanish lady at the register is the worst. Talk to customers rudely. Never once had a good experience with her or this resultant. Don’t come here. They will take long with your food and not even make it right. I rather go to the 7/11 right next to it
My husband have done take out twice and both times it's been good. We did subs once and pizza once and they were both good. They have a FULL menu.
