Our first experience at this restaurant and not the last one, for sure! The food was outstanding, as well as the service and the atmosphere. The oysters were fresh, and the appetizer (burrata with salami and pistachio) excellent! We ordered sea food risotto from the specials of the day and it was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!
Yes. Where the locals go. Great food never disappoints. Loyal customer from way way back finally writing a review. Also frequented the Coral Springs location. On this visit we had the halibut special. Excellent. Lunch is one of my go to spots. Try the pizza. Inside seating is limited for dinner, reserve in advance. Restaurant is located on us1, outside seating areas either face us1 or the parking lot. Pricing is reasonable. In summer it’s too hot, but less customers and traffic. Other Italian restaurants recommended are. High end - Casa Angelo. Family and budget friendly. Cafe Vico. Both on us1 near sunrise blvd.
FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE!!! General manager Michele was amazing at creating a 40 guest brunch experience for us that was over the top. He created an incredibly creative brunch menu that included a number of wonderful items from which our guests chose. Food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Michele even included several gluten free items. The fruit salads were beautifully done, served in carved watermelons and pineapples. Banana bread was served to start. Our servers, Tommy and Marcello, were outstanding, meeting all of our guests' needs with professionalism and personality that complemented our lively Sunday afternoon Valentine's Weekend event. It was a fantastic group dining experience, even exceeding our very favorable expectations based on meals we've had on many prior occasions at Angelo Elia. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you Michele!
Definitely one of the best Italian places I have ever been to. For an appetizer we ordered a Charcuterie board which btw the truffle cheese is great but, may be a tad bit too strong for some. For an entree I ordered the linguine frutti di mare which had shrimp, muscles, clams, & calamari. The seafood was fresh and the linguine at the bottom was perfection. Great selection of wines. Definitely would love to dine here again or any of their other locations.
It was my first time coming here and I really enjoyed it. I sat at the bar and Aaron was my bartender. He was very attentive and gave great suggestions for what to order. I asked him to make a drink that not a lot of people know how to make and surprisingly he was able to make it and it was just as good as I remembered. The meatballs were good and I can’t believe how fulfilling it was. I will definitely be returning and hopefully I can make it for happy hour.
