Ordered Sicilian Pizza Got a Sloppy medium dough. Horrible. Horrible. Called. And they said nothing. Stay away from this place. Horrible

Sad to say after I requested for the pizza to have a crispy ite it was very soggy. I had to put it in the oven myself for another 10 minutes to have some type of crisp to it! Another thing is that the chicken tenders were half cooked which my son took 2 bites and said oh no dad it taste squishy( he's autistic btw) so when I grabbed it I can see that it was not fully cooked which could be hazardous to my son. I air fried it to make it more crispy for him but found out after of the meat being raw half cooked. The fries tasted like the frying oil haven't been changed for a while and still it was also soggy. Please watch video for actual evidence. I have a high view of over a 1/2 million views in Google and the 1 thing I do here is honesty. Very dissatisfied and very disappointed!!! Because of the chicken I believe I definitely deserve a refund and if my son gets sick by this ohhhhh buddy.

Cashier does not have a smile at all. Very dry personality. Location dirty and looks old. The only good thing is the price and the pizza was not bad at all.

Place an order through Door Dash and Received a Burnt pizza from Big Louie's. We have been eating at this location and ordering over 7 years. I called to let them know that I received the inedible pizza and was told to bring the pizza in. I'm like do you want me to send you pictures as there was a reason I ordered through door dash instead of driving. This went unresolved. I'm disappointed and will Never support this Pizza establishment again.
