Sad to say after I requested for the pizza to have a crispy ite it was very soggy. I had to put it in the oven myself for another 10 minutes to have some type of crisp to it! Another thing is that the chicken tenders were half cooked which my son took 2 bites and said oh no dad it taste squishy( he's autistic btw) so when I grabbed it I can see that it was not fully cooked which could be hazardous to my son. I air fried it to make it more crispy for him but found out after of the meat being raw half cooked. The fries tasted like the frying oil haven't been changed for a while and still it was also soggy. Please watch video for actual evidence. I have a high view of over a 1/2 million views in Google and the 1 thing I do here is honesty. Very dissatisfied and very disappointed!!! Because of the chicken I believe I definitely deserve a refund and if my son gets sick by this ohhhhh buddy.
I ordered baked ziti and soup through Uber Eats, and while the portion sizes were generous, the quality was seriously lacking. The baked ziti was extremely overcooked, flavorless and not baked at all—it was just soggy pasta. As for the soup, it was one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted. It was so oily, it didn’t even resemble soup; it tasted like oil mixed with dirty water. I honestly felt nauseous after trying it. On a positive note, the garlic rolls were delicious, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend the baked ziti or soup.
We used to be regular customers, but we stopped ordering because the prices were too high. We decided to give them another try and we ordered a large white pizza. It was the worst pizza we ever had, especially one that cost $27.00. The crust was rubbery, and it had very little ricotta on it. It arrived cold and the driver left the box on the porch, when I had expressly asked for the doorbell to be rung since we are handicapped. Needless to say, we will never order from Big Louie's again.
I used to love ordering pizza from here. But last weekend I ordered a Meat Lovers pizza and when I opened the box, it was a cheese pizza(and there was a big bare spot (I think the cheese bubbled in the oven and it popped leaving a bare spot). They did give me some money back for the error. This weekend I just ordered the ‘Big Louie’s Special’ and it was supposed to have sausage on it (among other items)…it doesn’t. So their order accuracy is extremely poor. Someone is not paying attention to the order as they’re creating it. It may be time to try someplace else…
My partner and I went since we had a conversation about meatballs the day prior and he was given the option of either a meatball sub or spaghetti and meatballs (emphasis on the “s” making it plural). He chose the spaghetti for us to try together and what he was given would make Gordon Ramsey pop a blood vessel and so did we. This place served a mountain of pasta with ONE meatball to a grown man. This felt like the cook pulled an unfunny prank and like money was wasted. I would urge anyone reading this to go to a Sicilian Oven location. The people in the kitchen over there are competent and give you your money’s worth. Unless it’s free, I don’t recommend anyone spending their money at any Big Louie’s. These folks need to get their spaghetti game together smh.
