As a Chicagoan I approve of this pizza joint. To the pizza and the atmosphere, everything here is a Chicago vibe. The service is awesome too which is something you don’t see that much in south Florida. Come give this place a try it’s definitely worth it.
Salad and calzone were good. Pizza was just ok, though I'd consider going back to try the Chicago style. It took really long but the guy was by himself and he was really nice. Pizza Adventures: Destination #228
Don’t waste your money! $60 for an undercooked pizza and ordered it Well Done. The dough was completely raw and I should have known better when they didn’t have some toppings I asked for on their site and he offered that I could bring my own toppings in and they would put them on there. When I called to tell him that the pizza was under cooked he was rude and told me that his pizza is perfect and there was nothing I could do. I told him I could send him pictures but he refused to listen to me and hung up. He should have at least offered to put it back in the oven. Would never go back.
A great small business, we just happened by and had some absolutely delicious pizza. Tommy is the owner, we chatted him up as it was after the rush. We had hot wings and the meat lovers pizza. As a New Yorker I’m used to thin crust pizza but this was delicious, and definitely the best pizza I’ve had in florida. The whole thing was a great little discovery, but apparently (from the reviews here) the secret is out. I’m glad, because small businesses are the life blood of a town, and Tommy was really humble and cool..
I've ordered from here in the past maybe three or four times. Always delivery and never any issues. Every time I would order the deep dish pizza. The pizza is so thick that the box it comes in cannot close properly but I always loved that about it because that's what I asked for. I would eat two slices and it was like I ate four or five slices. I guess times have changed, right? This time I ordered "Gio's deep dish meat lovers" pizza. I ordered the large 14". It was $54.95 without tax and delivery. When it arrives, I immediately look at the box and it doesn't look right. It was just a regular meat lovers pizza. Yeah, it looked good but it was not the deep dish that I asked for. I called the restaurant and expressed my concern and I even offered to send pictures. The delivery guy was there while I did this. Man on the phone sounds like he's really busy and he assured me that the order was correct. I could tell he wasn't interested in doing anything about it. What's one customer, right? It was pretty good. I gave it a 7 outta 10 even though it wasn't what I asked for. It was like a $30-35 pizza but definitely not $55. So now what?
