I’ve lived in Florida since 1993 and it’s always been so hard to find a pizza spot that is worthy of a five star review. There have only been a few that I’ve found in Broward county. This is going to be my new spot. I had two veggie slices, and they weren’t soggy. They weren’t overseasoned or underseasoned. They were delicious. I recommend this place to everybody.
THE BEST! I've lived in Margate 35 years and tried ALL the pizza places nearby. This is the first time I tried Johnny Pies and this is THE BEST PIZZA, WINGS, KNOTS I've ever had. I placed the order online on a Wednesday at 3:03pm. Order delivered at 3:36pm. Everything was so hot I couldn't touch it. Salad was fresh too. Definitely my go-to for pizza now. Thanks!
One of the BEST NY slices you can get in the area. Perfectly thin and delicious crust! This one is worth going out of your way for, don’t pass it up!
Absolutely love this spot. Got takeout from here a few times already and we have never been left disappointed. From the wide variety of pies available to their amazing starters, everything about Johnny Pies in Coconut Creek is amazing. The food always comes delivered with great presentation, efficient timing, and a good amount of side sauces. When it comes to pies, I'd highly recommend the Grandma Pizza, Meat Lovers Pizza, and the Vodka Pizza. If you got room for some appetizers as well, I'd highly recommend their Garlic Knots w/ extra garlic and boneless lemon pepper wings. I'm looking forward to trying to dine in at Johnny Pies as I'm assuming it's as stellar, if not better, than the take out experience. I highly recommend Johnny Pues if you're in the area and have a deep craving for some pizza.
We had their pizza several times, in the last three weeks - delivered, picked up and in the restaurant. The Pizza (New York Style is all we had) is absolutely declicious - the crust thin (as it should be), just the right crispiness, tasty and firm (does not flop). Delicious sauce, vibrant colour, with a slight, slight sweetness. Very good quality Mozzarella and the ingredients also good quality, tasteful and just the right amount. We also had their Eggplant - triple slices piled mixed between mozzarella, their great sauce on top, very good. The White Pizzas also delicious with Ricotta, again just the right amount and seasoned so tastefully. But, I do have to say one thing about their customer appearance, not necessarily the service - when we picked up and dined in, the same individual was at the cash, both times a mouthful of food, that he couldn't talk, we had to wait till he was finished. We think this is not cool and hopefully the owner (if you read this), would think the same. We like this place too much, to give it a less than a 5 star rating for sevice, everyone else was very nice and helpful, especially the Pizzaiolo (maybe you're the owner), creating the masterpieces.....looking forward to eating there again soon....
