Important Details GOOD: high quality pizza with great flavor and crispy crust. The owner/manager values customers. BAD: A ceiling fan at the front of the store would be great. Sweat and pizza don't mix when coming off the beach on a typical scorching South Florida day. Slice prices are higher, but reasonable given location and quality. Also the pizza presented should be rotated out more often for peak quality Pizza on the beach is a supreme surprise. It conjures up quick, divey pizza right after a day of surf, but the quality is top notch. A flavorful sauce, crispy crust and great toppings will steal your pallet. I maintain the 5 stars even though on a third visit, the pizza for sale had sit too long. He immediately made a fresh pizza, and replaced my slice - that's pizza pride. Give PoB a shot - top notch pizza.
Ordered delivery for large pizza with cheese, sausage, extra sausage and mushrooms on the whole pizza, plus onions on half. Also requested paper plates and napkins to be included. Pizza received had cheese, sausage and mushrooms on only half, and only cheese and onions on the second half. No plates or napkins. Tried contacting them, only to be told they’d refund me $6.00 out of the $41.00 I paid. Pizza was tasteless, especially the onion half. Very dissatisfied with food and service. Another couple asked how it was and we told them to save their time and money. Will not recommend this place to anyone or order from them again in the future.
We stopped for a quick lunch and were very glad we did. The pizza was wonderful! The staff was exceptionally pleasant. It was the perfect pitstop before heading back to the beach. Happy to recommend this pizza shop!
What happened? The pizza here used to be good. I was there in the fall I live close by. The slice was thick and doughy with a little bit of cheese. Place is dark and dingy just a pizza shop that makes HORRIBLE PIZZA!
